A memoryscape is a layered composite of memories and people in my life. I digitally distort snapshot images using an original algorithm informed by visual and numerical data gathered from geographic locations, numerology, and life events. These abstractions are translated into many forms, including projected installations, sculptures, and mixed media prints to metal. My most recent memoryscape translations are printed to aluminum using an inkjet printer and finished with gesso, handwriting, dremel and grinder tool markings, pens, and pastels.
